- You can take long annual paid vacation leaves (ratio of taking vacation leave is 99%)
- You can take paid sick leaves when you get sick. (After a year of employment period)
- We promote male employees to take Child Care Leave.
- When you work on a national holiday, your hourly rate will be 1.35 times of regular rate, and compensation holiday will be given to you as well.
