After probationary period, Salaried, Full Time, and Part Time employee’s Group Life Insurance premium is covered by the company. Employee’s legal heir could receive total disability allowance or death condolence allowance in case of any covered events or accidents.
After probationary period, Salaried, Full Time, and Part time employee’s Long-Term Disability Insurance premium is covered by the company. Group Long-Term Disability Insurance covers non-work related illness or injury while employed by Costco.

Salaried, Full Time and Part Time employees employed at Costco for over a year could receive and optical voucher up to 10,000 yen once a year.
Salaried, Full Time and Part Time employees employed at Costco for over a year could receive a hearing aid voucher up to 150,000 yen every four years.
When Salaried, Full-time, Part-time and Student Employee purchase prescription medicine at Costco RX Pharmacy, 50% of copayment will be calculated and the total amount will be given as a Pharmacy Voucher once every year.
Costco provides life design premium based on employee’s year of service to enjoy retirement life. Voluntarily contributed premiums are excluded from employee’s income/municipal tax and social insurance. Pension assets will be received after age of 60 with tax deduction.
