Our unique feature in HR is the Internal Job Posting System. After 90 days probationary period, all employees are eligible to apply for any job openings at any location, including warehouses and the home office. We do our best to accommodate our employees’ requests, and we strongly believe that through such efforts we are able to offer wider opportunities for career and personal growth, in order to develop a more diverse group of employees. Therefore, we do not transfer employees by company order that is generally seen in other companies. It is up to each employee, whether or not to seek challenges for his/her own career growth. Depending on your life stages, you can either use this system for your career advancement or to step down to fit your needs.
