Cleaning inside and outside of warehouse, repairing and maintaining the condition.
4. Food Court
Processing orders and preparing for hotdogs, pizzas and beverages to members.
5. Administration
Office work in general and supporting warehouse administration.
6. Optical
Conducting eye exam and assisting members in ordering eyeglasses and contact lenses.
7. Hearing Aid
Conducting hearing exam and assisting members in ordering hearing aid, fitting, follow-up service.
8. Pharmacy
Assisting members at counter, including retrieving prescriptions and ringing up customers.
9. Merchandising
Stocking merchandises with forklift and electric pallet jacks,
Assisting members in major appliances,
Comparison shopper.
10. Receiving
Unloading items and scheduling appointments for freight companies and vendors.
11. Fish
Cut, wrap and labeling of fish products.
12. Deli
Preparing, packaging and labeling of deli products.
13. Meat
Cut, wrap and labeling of meat products.
14. Bakery
Baking, decorating and labeling of bakery products.
15. Front End
Operation of the register and overall member service including collecting shopping carts, greeting at autowalk.
16. Gas Station (limited locations)
Assisting members in gasoline and kerosene sales.
Depot
Receiving and shipping merchandise promptly, accurately, and efficiently. Making appointments for domestic vendors. Reporting and assisting all aspect of Depot operation.
Home Office
There are ten departments (Merchandise, Food Safety, Import/logistics, Operation, HR/Marketing, Finance, Information System, Real Estate, Construction, and E-commerce) and support warehouse operations.
Especially in Merchandizing, we deal with domestic and international suppliers and make a selection of items by utilizing the global buying power with US corporate office as well.

Management
- WAREHOUSE MANAGER(One in each warehouse)
Responsible for managing 300 to 400 employees and 142,332 sq. warehouse - ASSISTANT WAREHOUSE MANAGER(Three to four in each warehouse)
Responsible for managing 4 groups (Administration, Merchandizing, Fresh Foods, and ancillary) of all departments in the warehouse. - MANAGER
- Planning and managing employee schedules and in the department.
- Managing employees (vacation, working time, overtime, holiday work, absence)
- Appraisal of employees’ performance and goals (30days, 90days, and annual reviews)
- Planning daily, weekly and annual budget.
- Training and development of employees.
- Responsible for opening and closing of the warehouse.
- Providing employee friendly work environment to ensure that employees could safely concentrate on their jobs.
- SUPERVISOR
- Planning and managing employee schedules and in the department.
- Appraisal of employees’ performance and goals

- Sharing company information to subordinates.

Pharmacist
- To fill, dispense prescriptions for members and non-members.
- Assists them at counter.
- Orders and stocks drugs, supplies.
- Handles OTC generic drugs and a variety of high quality imported vitamins.
